Hydroflux Supports Love Mercy’s Well Worth It Campaign at Sutherland to Surf Run
July 17, 2023
Hydroflux had the pleasure of participating in the annual Sutherland to Surf fun run and walk this year to raise funds for the Love Mercy Foundation. This iconic family-friendly 11km event takes place from Sutherland to Wanda Surf Life Saving Club and is not only the Shire’s biggest community event but, also one of Australia’s longest-running fun runs.
In support of Love Mercy’s Well Worth It Campaign, Hydroflux staff along with their partners and family members successfully raised $3,200 towards the drilling of a new well in remote northern Uganda. Since partnering with Love Mercy Australia in 2021 Hydroflux has made significant contributions to the construction of 18 wells, benefiting over 18,000 people by providing them with clean and drinkable water. We take immense pride in supporting this invaluable program and are excited to continue raising vital funds.
A heartfelt thankyou goes out to everyone who participated in the event, and to Love Mercy for allowing us to be part of this special day. We look forward to next year’s Sutherland to Surf, where we can continue our support for such a worthy cause.
